He was born in Seregno the 17th of February 1965, he lives in Milan.
He achieved the scientific high school diploma, then he graduated from the European Institute of Design – IED – in Milan, he is member of the Order of Journalist of Milan. He learned the techniques of photography with the help of Jurgen Beker, assistant of Toscani and Aldo Ballo, as well as a teacher at the Accademia di Brera, with whom he collaborated for the realization of important projects including the fulfilment of the photo archive of the Poldi Pezzoli Museum and the documentation for the restoration of the Cenacolo Vinciano.
As journalist photographer, he was called for the first time in 1993 by Amilcare Ponchielli for the production of portraits of journalists, for the magazine “Sette” attached to the newspaper “Corriere della Sera”.
As well as a portraitist, he established himself in the field of nautical photography, with particular regard to the market for big yachts, including as a costumers some important nautical brands, designers and ship owners.
He collaborated with many magazines, including Yachts Capital, Yacht Design, Cruise, Yachtsman, and Top Yacht Design, as well as Italian and foreign shipyards. He participated in the editing of some books, including “Things of the Sea” by Vincenzo Zaccagnino edited by Electa Mondadori.
Since 2003 he dedicated himself to the food photography, thanks also to his friendship with Carlo Cracco, with whom he first created a photographic archive of his dishes and subsequently realized the photographic part of his books edited by Rizzoli, among them “A qualcuno piace Cracco,” “Dire, fare brasare”, ” In principio era l’anguria salata ” and ” E’ nato prima l’uovo o la farina?”.
The image on the Milan restaurant menu was born from such collaboration.
He realized images with other important chefs of high cuisine, including Davide Scabin, Massimo Bottura, Luigi Taglienti, Alfio Ghezzi, Norbert Niederkofler and Simone Rugiati.
As portraitist, he collaborated with the major Italian newspapers and photo magazines, immortalizing celebrity of the world of finance, fashion, art, design and more.
He also had professional experiences abroad with an important client in Manhattan NY to follow the works of 432 Park Avenue, the One Wall Street and other real estate properties in New York.

Ha conseguito la maturità scientifica e successivamente il diploma in fotografia presso l’Istituto Europeo di Design – IED – di Milano, è iscritto all’ordine dei giornalisti di Milano.
Ha imparato le tecniche della fotografia con l’aiuto di Jurgen Beker, assistente di Toscani e Aldo Ballo oltre che insegnante all’Accademia di Brera, con il quale ha collaborato nella realizzazione di importanti progetti fra cui la realizzazione dell’archivio fotografico del Museo Poldi Pezzoli e della documentazione al restauro del Cenacolo Vinciano.
Come fotografo giornalista è stato chiamato per la prima volta nel 1993 da Amilcare Ponchielli per la realizzazione dei ritratti dei giornalisti, per la rivista Sette, allegata al Corriere della Sera.
Oltre che come ritrattista si è affermato nel campo della fotografia di nautica con particolare riguardo al mercato dei grandi yachts annoverando come clienti sia i grandi marchi della nautica, designer e gli armatori.
Ha collaborato con molte testate fra cui si annovera, Yachts Capital, Yacht Design, Crociere, Yachtsman, e Top Yacht Design.oltre che con cantieri navali italiani ed esteri. Ha partecipato alla realizzazione di alcuni libri fra cui “Cose del Mare” di Vincenzo Zaccagnino edito da Electa Mondadori.
Dal 2003 si è anche dedicato alla fotografia di food, grazie anche all’amicizia con Carlo Cracco, con il quale ha in primo luogo creato un archivio fotografico dei suoi piatti e successivamente ha realizzato la parte fotografica dei suoi libri editi da Rizzoli tra i quali ” A qualcuno piace Cracco ” ,” Dire, fare brasare”, ” In principio era l’anguria salata” e ” E’ nato prima l’uovo o la farina?”.
L’immagine presente sul menu del ristorante di Milano è nata da tale collaborazione.
Ha realizzato immagini con altri grandi chef di alta cucina fra cui si contano Davide Scabin, Massimo Bottura, Luigi Taglienti, Alfio Ghezzi, Norbert Niederkofler, Simone Rugiati.
Come ritrattista ha collaborato con i maggiori quotidiani italiane e riviste di settore immortalando personaggi dell’alta finanza, della moda, dell’arte, del design e altro ancora.
Ha avuto anche esperienze estere con una grossa committenza a Manatthan NY per seguire i lavori del 432 park Avenue, il One Wall Street ed altre proprietà immobiliari in New York.
